About Donelson-Air LLC: Your Family-Owned Heating and Air Company in Donelson
A family-owned heating and air company that's served Donelson for about 25 years.
Heating and Cooling Experts
Donelson-Air LLC is a family-owned heating and air conditioning company based in Donelson, Tennessee. For about 25 years, we've helped our neighbors stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Many of the homes we work on are just down the street from our own.
Our Story
We started out doing what we still do every day: showing up, finding the real problem, and fixing it right at a fair price. Over the years that simple approach has earned us repeat customers across Donelson, Hermitage, Nashville, Mount Juliet, Old Hickory and Madison. Some families have called us for one system after another, and some businesses have trusted us with their equipment for years. We've grown, but we're still a local, family-run company. When you call, you reach people who know the neighborhood.
What We Believe
Honesty first
We tell you what's wrong, what it will cost and what your choices are before we start. If a repair makes more sense than a new system, we'll say so.
Do the job right the first time
Good HVAC work is careful work. We take the time to test, measure and confirm the fix, so you're not calling back next week.
Treat every home like a neighbor's
Because it usually is. We respect your time, your home and your budget.
What We Do
We repair, install and maintain furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps of all major brands. We also install tankless water heaters, clean ductwork, add insulation, run natural gas lines and test for gas leaks. When something breaks after hours, we offer emergency service. See all services
Giving Back with Donelson Cares
Donelson has been good to us, and we want to return the favor. Through Donelson Cares, we help a neighbor in need with their heating or air conditioning every month. We focus on seniors, families with children and people with health conditions. Learn more and nominate someone
