Our AC Repair Process

Call or text 615-601-0591 and tell us what's happening.
We diagnose the real cause, checking electrical parts, refrigerant pressures, airflow and drainage.
You get a clear price first. No work starts until you approve it.
We repair and test to make sure your home is cooling properly before we leave.

Repair or Replace Your Air Conditioner?

If your AC is older, uses outdated refrigerant, or needs a major part like a compressor or coil, replacing it may cost less over time. We'll give you both options side by side. New systems include a 10-year parts warranty when registered, and financing starts at $199/month (subject to credit approval). Many homeowners choose a heat pump, which cools in summer and heats in winter.

Keep Your AC Running All Summer

Change your air filter every one to three months.
Keep 2 feet of clearance around the outdoor unit; trim bushes and clear leaves and grass clippings.
Schedule a spring tune-up before the first heat wave.
Keep supply and return vents open and unblocked.
If your home has humidity problems, ask us about duct cleaning and insulation.

Donelson AC Repair FAQs

Why is my AC running but not cooling?

Common causes are a failed capacitor, a dirty filter or coil, low refrigerant from a leak, or a condenser fan that isn't spinning. Turn the system off if you see ice, and call us.

Should I turn off my AC if it's frozen?

Yes. Switch the thermostat to "off" (you can leave the fan on) to let the ice melt, and call for service. Running a frozen system can damage the compressor.

How long does an AC repair take?

Many common repairs, like capacitors, contactors and drain clogs, are finished in a single visit.

Do you service AC systems outside Donelson?

Yes. We also serve Hermitage, Nashville, Mount Juliet, Old Hickory and Madison.
