Heating Repair and Furnace Service

When it turns cold, you need your heat to work. We diagnose and repair gas furnaces, electric furnaces and heat strips, and heat pumps in heating mode. Common fixes include failed igniters and flame sensors, bad inducer or blower motors, faulty limit switches, clogged filters and condensate lines, and thermostat problems. If your furnace is near the end of its life, we'll tell you honestly and give you replacement options side by side.

Air Conditioning Repair and Installation

Tennessee summers are hot and sticky, and an AC blowing warm air is no small thing. We repair capacitors, contactors, fan motors, refrigerant leaks, frozen evaporator coils and drainage problems. We also size and install new central air systems so they cool evenly and run efficiently.

Heat Pumps

Heat pumps are a popular choice in Middle Tennessee because they heat and cool with one system. We repair heat pumps of every major brand and install new, high-efficiency models. If your heat pump runs constantly, ices over, or blows cool air in winter, give us a call.

Tankless Water Heaters

A tankless water heater supplies hot water on demand, takes up far less space than a tank, and doesn't waste energy keeping 40 or 50 gallons hot all day. We install gas and electric tankless units and can tell you whether your home's gas line and venting are ready for one.

Duct Cleaning

Dust, pet hair and debris build up in ductwork over the years. Cleaning the ducts can improve airflow, help your system run more efficiently and cut down on dust in your home. It's worth doing after a renovation or when you move into an older house.

Insulation

Even the best HVAC system struggles in a poorly insulated home. We can look at your attic and other problem areas and add insulation where it will make the biggest difference to comfort and energy bills.

Natural Gas Piping and Leak Detection

We run new natural gas lines for furnaces, water heaters, ranges, dryers, fireplaces and outdoor grills, and we test existing lines for leaks. If you smell gas, leave the house first and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. Once it's safe, call us to find and repair the leak.

Maintenance and Tune-Ups

Seasonal tune-ups catch small problems before they become breakdowns. We clean, test and adjust your system in the spring for cooling and in the fall for heating.

Commercial HVAC

We also service rooftop units, split systems and other commercial equipment for offices, shops and multi-unit buildings in the Nashville area.

Emergency HVAC Service

No heat in January or no air in July? We offer after-hours, weekend and holiday emergency service. Text "EMERGENCY" with your address and a short description to 615-601-0591. Emergency details
