Before You Call: Quick Checks

Is the thermostat set to the right mode (Heat or Cool), and does it have fresh batteries?
Is the air filter clean?
Has a breaker for the furnace or outdoor unit tripped?
For gas furnaces, is the furnace power switch (it looks like a light switch) turned on?

If all of that looks fine and you still have no heat or air, give us a call.
